The challenge
Together Senior Health wanted to expand from Alzheimer’s-specific programs into the broader mild cognitive impairment market. The obvious brief was “improve the platform.” The research said otherwise.
My role
Co-led the sprint as design lead for interaction and software, in a HIPAA-compliant, IRB-approved research setting.
The work
Research revealed the real bottleneck: most people with MCI are never diagnosed at all. We shifted the strategy from platform improvement to diagnosis rate improvement, and delivered high-fidelity flows, a strategic roadmap, and repositioned market framing.
The impact
The reframe became the foundation for the RADAR Phase 2 engagement and a $600K+ total relationship. Together Senior Health was acquired by Linus Health in 2024, and UCSF is publishing academic results from the related program.
